What do I need? Shure SE530, PC3 Bose or Sony digital noise canceling headphones?
Lately I've been saving money for a nice headphones or even the best head / I could find. Now I can not decide between these 3, all expensive, but the Sony and Bose noise cancellation, while the Shure's sound isolating. Sony is in the ear, the ear Bose, Shure is in the ear. PLEASE HELP!
Well, I like to use the best things in life. Off course, not at the level of extravagance, even I would say that everything depends on one's passion and level of understanding of the beauty beneath. Too philosophical is ....... Anyway, not only confused you in this selection, who have passed a good time now in understanding the point. I appreciate your concern. Bose PC3 = Sennhieser PXC450, both are good, but specifically made having in mind the frequent travelers. I tried both, but I feel happy with the results. Bose PC3 looks good while you are using and will be better for someone who get easily satisfied with the added punch and treble in the song. But I think as, you really need that much isolation from outside noise, especially if you spend some parts of their day in quiet environments., no more raw than mere publicity about the products. They basically do not focus on the best sound quality but the reduction of external noise. Shure SE530 = Sennheiser IE8, good Shure SE530, but definitely is what gives most decent quality music to your ears so far. And while dramatically cutting the external noise, no electric circuit as in the case of Bose PC3 or Sennheiser Pxc450. If you like his music in its purest form, without creating much fuss about then Shure SE530 PTH is the best option, another Wc3 Bose is good, well ......... it looks cool.

In the film Cruise "Minority Report", the "Pre-Cogs" floating in some kind of liquid suspension chamber. I've heard of people who have type something similar for their own use. The one I found (I saw the movie .. I forget) was metal, floating in a brine solution, and there was light proof sound.

For many years, the small electrical current coming from the listening device was enough to feed the headphone or listening device (such as the Walkman or portable stereo) had its own small amplifier built right in. Not anymore. Today, audiophiles want high quality headphones that need their own source of energy for both the full enjoyment ... for volume or for clarity. Enter the special headphone amplifier. These are similar to amplifiers regular, but are a bit smaller. However, they are not as portable as the older style headphones attached to listening devices with built in amps.
Transport cases are another must-have. It can be frustrating to travel and can not find your headphones. There is nothing worse than being on an airplane and watching TV and trying to read lips! A case can be as simple as a small bag to keep your headphones in, of course, if you have more headphones (such as cancellation noise headphones) if you want a more filling because of the complex circuits within them.

Help rewiring headphones ...?
Okay, so I have a pair of Sennheiser PXC 150 noise canceling headphones, and I love them. The point is that the wiring to the wall 1 / 8 "output from leave, the other day went entirely. Now, I've lost a lot of wiring and cable things of that nature in the past, so I thought I could easily put in a new jack and reuse. Well, after buying a stereo Nice 1 / jack, 8 "and split the wiring, I find something that does not recognize. The three wires inside the cable green, red and yellow-gold. The issue I am having is that they do not cables appear to be normal. They are more like twisted wire around a soft material, almost like a cotton thread. It's bazaar. I can not for the life of me find out what to connect where and how. Thank you so much if you can help!
